This was a mixed experience. Overall though the process was easy and almost everything fit on the truck. This was a Interstate move from Sydney to Brisbane. There was an issue with load size allocated by the office and my motorbike transport was not accounted despite being in original request and talked about multiple times which to me paying another company to transport the bike at very short notice, which cost me $600+. The delivery side of things was AMAZING. David and Louis did an incredible job fitting in all our property despite us having over the office allocated space. The office was easy to contact and always answered the phone. Except for the above issues they were great to deal with. I think being clear on box sizes would have been helpful. The delivery drivers worked hard and efficiently and where very friendly and professional. I would use them again but I would be more clear on details of the space ask for some extra to be sure. Price of the Job as a back load was better than I could find anywhere else.13 Dec 2023
