In the meantime please also check out our independent reviews on Google:  https://goo.gl/maps/yHpe615gHLRSuvnU7 Standard Removals Rates: $180 + GST p/h (Includes Two Professional Removalists, Truck, Mileage, and Insurance) First Extra Removalist: $70 + GST p/h (Recommended for large moves or restricted access/time-sensitive situations) Single Removalist Jobs: Deduct $35 p/h + GST from the above rates 5% increase on Fridays, 10% on Saturdays, 15% on Sundays/Public Holidays Billing Details: Charged in 30-minute increments with a minimum of 2 hours. Charges are calculated from and to our depot in Sydney CBD or Bondi Junction, whichever is closer. Minimum travel charge: 30 minutes. All tolls incurred are chargeable. Moves outside the metro area are quoted on a case-by-case basis where fuel and mileage must be considered. Inventory protection and packing materials: Items are securely wrapped with protective blankets, however more thorough protective options and packing materials are available for purchase or rent. https://www.fsremovals.com.au/shop/ Insurances Included: Full Transit Insurance (to include damages during an accident or overturn only) Public Liability Insurance (up to $5 Million) Workers Compensation Insurance If required, comprehensive contents insurance can be arranged separately, by you, to cover all or some of your items during the removal process. Cover for accidental damages, is not included in the above insurances and remains the responsibility of the client. This is industry standard. We are not legally allowed to sell insurance. Payment Options: Payment upon completion prior to the departure of the Removalists. We accept Cash, EFT, and Credit or Debit Cards (2.5% fee for cards). Unless otherwise agreed, all bookings require credit or debit card details to confirm. In certain cases, our 2 hour minimum callout charge will be billed as a deposit, with the remaining balance charged upon completion of the move. In the absence of the customer on the day, the provided card will be charged the balance and tax invoice provided automatically. Cancellation Policy: A 2-hour minimum charge applies at the above rate, for moves cancelled within 24 hours.
