Complete rip off. Partner was quoted $700 to move and was charged $1600. Completely took advantage of the fact that he was overseas and added extra charges for everything. Charged about $600 for extras that were not agreed to. Charged $150 to move a table that was apparently 150kgs, I looked up the weight from the spec sheet when we bought it and it was 50kgs. Charged absorbent prices for bubble wrap and shrink wrap that neither my partner nor I agreed to. Then had the nerve to call and request more money. Stay away from these people. Track 15 was the job on Tuesday 19/11.Lucie G

Andrew and Basr were amazing. Arrived on time and worked very hard considering i was on the third floor with no lift. Would highly recommend AAA removals.
