  Dropped my TV broke alot of glass vases they are a back yard job really not impressed very rude and abrasive thank God I brought alot on my own too pricey for a very rough job.And....left two draws behind from my chest of drawers at my previous house.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

  Hi Michelle, we have been in this industry for over 15 years and have never come across such a dishonest and nasty review. We have no problems fronting our mistakes, as we are bound to get things wrong time to time, for we are not perfect. We won’t go into detail regarding your situation as we think it would be highly unprofessional. But you were unwell on the day and had been screaming and abusing our guys during the move. You were very fortunate that our team did not leave the job, as no one deserves this kind of treatment when trying to do their job. Your move was very small and there was in no way we left the chest of drawers intentionally behind. Our guys were doing what was instructed by you. We certainly did not drop your TV and we do not recall breaking or moving individually any glass vases. We assume that these vases were perhaps packed into your boxes unprofessionally and without protection. You did not hire our packing team for this service and can not be responsible for these damages. Our guys properly moved and packed the boxes into the truck. We always secure this boxes in place in the truck as well. Thank you for the feedback, all the best at your new place.
