I've learned a lot already and am learning new things about my body all the time .. I'm excited to see where and how far this journey will take me !! 4 1/2 years ago I bought my husband a birthday present of a personal trainer 1 morning a week for 6 months - Andy this turned out to be the best present ever! It did not take us long before we felt so different and upped our visits to 2 mornings a week. Now as a family we all go, depending on our schedules,on how many of us turn up! Sometimes 1 mostly 3 sometimes 4 or 5! He is so very supportive and his workouts are a challenge and forever changing. He accommodates our needs and our challenges and has literally changed our lives. Not only now are we fitter than ever, we perform so much better in our stressful business which is the true key for us. I have joined many a gym and quickly left - always- until now- hated exercise. By the beach at 5am with Andy's forever happy and positive spirit makes my 2 mornings a week just perfect! A big thank you to Andy from Team P who is now more than a trainer, he is a family friend!
