  Michael is exceptionally detail oriented and organised. In just 5 sessions with him I've been able to get into a practical workout routine, and feel extremely motivated to do so, he makes the sessions fun and provides in-depth analysis and checkpoints for each type of workout. I am definitely in it for the long haul!

  Mike incorporates great variety into the sessions so that one doesn’t get bored. The sessions are challenging and fun. Training with Mike definitely kept me mentally sane and physically active during lockdown. I also loved the fact that come rain or shine the training sessions continues.

  I can't recommend Mike enough, it's been close to a year that my partner and I are going to group training with Mike, every session has been amazing and he is such a knowledgeable and great trainer. Mike classes are really fun and motivating. 1FitCookie is not just a group training but it's a community of great people who help each other achieve their goals. Mike has a genuine passion for fitness and he doesn't compromise the quality of his training by having too many people at the group training sessions and he corrects every person's movement when needed. Although we were never morning people, my partner and I look forward every week to wake up and join the classes. 😊

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We have public liability insurance and guarantee our services and deliverance as long thorough scheduling and communication is done with both parties. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. However, this is discretion per trainer and reasoning for the cancellation.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  My working career started in the corporate world but shortly transitioned into Fitness, realising quickly that dealing with people from behind a computer was not my aspiration in life. Being a sporty individual from a young age, i saw the benefits being healthy had on me and it can have on others.
