  I have been seeing Michael weekly for a month now. Michael creates a friendly and challenging atmosphere during sessions. He is flexible and adapts your session to your needs. He is also excellent at working around busy and ever-changing schedules. Furthermore, contact is not limited to just your sessions, and receiving these short check-in messages throughout the week can be all you need to keep you on track with your goals.   Definitely recommend MC Health and Fitness. He was very knowledgable and professional and has helped me to achieve my ideal weight. He was always available when I needed him to be, and very punctual. We were also able to train in my backyard so I could keep one eye on the kids. A+++!!
