My journey with Shaped Forever has been a hugely positive one. The approach by the team is a scientific one that is built for my unique needs. The care, focus and dedication from the team is among the best I’ve had in 20 years of trainers and gyms. I walk away after each session with a sense of achievement, and feel continual positive changes in my strength, fitness and mindset.

Many years ago I had a wake up call and realised I really needed to do something to change how I was looking and feeling so I nervously joined a gym and signed up for a training session. Im forever grateful that the session was with him. Training with him has been one of the most challenging but rewarding experiences. He possesses an uncanny ability for working out your limit and then pushing you to your own personal threshold. I have achieved so much more than I ever would have believed possible. Not only has he helped me lose a tonne of weight, get healthier and fitter, more importantly he has given me the confidence and drive to keep going. I have come back to him time and time again over the years and he has helped unfailingly. He has a holistic approach, he finds out about your health/injuries and then tailors a workout around you that is constantly varied so you are never bored. He is always professional, on time and manages to keep me looking forward to my next training session. If you’re looking for a trainer that inspires you, gives you training sessions with great results and are a lot of fun, I couldn’t recommend him more.

Andy will put a smile on your face and muscles on your body! Im impressed by Andys thoughtful workouts which target specific muscle groups and combine cardio. His manner is warm, welcoming and encouraging. He is always punctual and professional. He always keeps an eye on your posture and gives corrections if needed which I really appreciate. He is able to accommodate a wide range of abilities within a class including thoes with injures. I would describe our sessions as 'casual', however I'm always sore the following day. As I already exercise about 3 times a week on my own I wasn't expecting to see big changes from joining Andys group in Elvina. I was wrong! After a couple months of training twice a week with Andy I was surprised to see how much fitter my over strength and fitness is. If you play any sports I would highly recommend workouts to improve your overall fitness and work thoes less used muscles. The difference feels fantastic! A balanced body is much less prone to injury! Im really pleased to feel the difference Andys workouts have made to my running and climbing. You have helped open my eyes to what my body is capable of! I never thought I’d say this but now I enjoy waking up early and going to do early morning work outs! I haven’t been to the chiro for my back since I’ve started training so the investment in exercise has definitely paid off. :)
