  I’ve been training with Shaun for the last 5years including throughout both of my pregnancies. Training throughout my pregnancies I felt really strong and fit and physically ready for childbirth. Shaun and his team are extremely knowledgeable and I love how they keep you accountable between sessions. Shaun’s energy is infectious. Shaun works with you to set achievable goals and keeps you motivated. The location is hands down the best place in manly to train. I always feel proud of what I’ve achieved at the end of each session. Would highly recommend Shaun and his Team!

  I have been participating in a one hour PT session with Shaun every week for two years. Shaun adapts my training each week according to my needs. He keeps me working the whole hour and is very focused on form. I love training outdoors. I wouldn’t train with anyone else.

  Shaun and his team of trainers are very knowledgeable and dedicated. I’ve had many trainers over the years but Shaun is probably the best . When you train with Shaun you definitely know you are not there for a chitchat and you are there to get results. Plus there is no better gym than the beach front

  I've been training with Shaped Forever for many years. Shaun is an exceptional trainer with a huge amount of experience and it is a pleasure training with him but they are all excellent trainers. I leave every session feeling great and thoroughly 'worked out'. Plus they are just nice, genuine human beings which makes the time with them really enjoyable
