I 100% agree Michael is WORTH EVERY CENT! - This was the first time I ever actually invested money into my self, I was hesitant, nervous, scared, but after a simple chat with Michael it was very clear his knowledge, skill and expertise was well beyond that of any physiotherapist, Chiro, personal trainer and nutritionist I have ever worked with! I play competitive B grade soccer and have always struggled with foot pain, knee pain and various injuries. The only solutions others have ever provided was to ice, rest, and do some random exercise that never helped. When I meet Michael I was at the point of under going knee surgery and so glad I didn't. It took some time to understand the process, and I had a lot of bad habits to break, but now 2 years later, I am 100% pain and injury free for the first time in 15 years, no surgery needed, my overall health is the best its ever been and my mental health is the best it has ever been. On top of that, I am now in A grade soccer and the fittest and fastest on the team, something I never dreamed would be possible with all my old injuries. I could go on, but hands down, you won't find anyone who better understands health, wellness and fitness, trust me I've tried looking and spent tens of thousands on useless people. I started training with Timo in August following a head injury . I was feeling quite fragile mentally and physically .My confidence to recommence exercising was extremely low . The last three months training with Timo has resulted in not only me becoming stronger and fitter ,but a marked improvement in my mental health well being . Timo’s extensive knowledge, patience and his insight to tailor training needs to what that individual requires has been invaluable. He not only sees the importance of physical health but has a holistic awareness of how important mental health wellbeing should be incorporated into training needs . Enliven Fitness is a place where you can train without feeling intimidated. The staff take special interest in all their members and offer support and encouragement as do members. It has a family feel and training here is fun. I had done nothing for years and was so encouraged and motivated by the change in my body and mind after 6 weeks. I joined and ha e never looked back after almost a year of going to Enliven I feel transformed. Keep up the good work team and anyone out their thinking of getting fit this is the place to be Do not miss out !!

Been through several gyms and trainers and George is by far the best as he takes the time to understand your wants and needs and pushes you to success, would highly recommend.
