I want to explain a little about what I believe makes me stand out as a Personal Trainer. My philosophy to training is based on mindfulness. This is why I have recently trained as a Posture Coach. What does this mean? Before starting any exercise program I will offer you a full in-depth postural and fitness evaluation. This is important to show us how your muscles and joints are working together and whether or not there are any imbalances that need correcting. It is very rare for any one person to have a perfect posture. If we are not aware of any postural and bio-mechanical abnormalities before training we will only end up worsening these imbalances. As a posture coach and can assess these things and then create a personalised plan which will include exercises to fix them. A common problem amongst clients is lower back pain. A few simple tests can determine the cause of this and a few simple exercises implemented into your regime can completely resolve such problems. It really can be life-changing. Besides this other elements of my mindful philosophy include such things as: gratitude and self-love, safety and care, honesty and enjoyment. I also coach people in meditation and mindfulness and can create programs which incorporate fitness with more in -depth mindfulness techniques should you wish.
