  I started my personal training journey with Lance in December 2015. I can honestly say at 56 years old I have never felt fitter, healthier or more motivated for the future. I am reaching my goals and enjoying the journey immensely. I will be training until the day I drop after reading the famous saying from Arnie Schwarzeneger "If it wobbles, its fat" Thanks Lance for your ongoing input into my well being.
