About 4 months ago, we had some rodent activity in our roof cavity. Through Google, we found a ‘pest specialist’ who came over, verified that we had rats, chucked some baits around and told us everything is good. I specifically asked if I needed to do anything afterwards. He said everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to do anything. Last week, we heard scratching and squeaking from above the ceiling again. After reading some positive reviews, I called Zero Pest and spoke to Darren. He is friendly, professional and has a eye for detail. Baits were placed properly in boxes (above ceiling and under crawl space). He also did a thorough inspection of my house and photographed all the possible and potential entry points, as well as gave advice on how to seal them to prevent future re-infestation. They are not the cheapest, but he spent 4 times longer at my property than the last guy. You get what you paid for. Darren will be coming back in 2 weeks to seal off all the entry points, on the roof and below the house. It costs extra, but given the work, know-how, material and equipment required, it’s a fair price. Plus, there’s a 3 year warranty for peace of mind.Formula Pest Control
