We are insured with public liability insurance cover for 20 millions and professional indemnity insurance for 5 millions.  We guarantee our work but the length of guarantee varies according to different pest problem. Our guarantee range from 3 months to 12 months depending on pest issues.

Are they willing to inspect the site? Because many pest control operators tend to rush to get their job done but neglect to have a thorough inspection. That results in incomplete treatment and unsatisfied outcome.

Can you help to eradicate the pest problem for once and gone forever? Ans: Our answer is always "No" except wasps, which we normally treat once. To completely eradicate pests, we have to ensure the life cycle and environments have been modified to against the pests and monitored.
