Job Description: We have had a pluming and drainage assessment completed on property. Recommendation is below. As discussed with the client on-site its in my professional recommendation to install a full retention system to collect as much water as possible to divert it away from the house. The job will consist of 4 storm-water pits under the downpipes with Geo-fabric and 10mm crushed rock to support the water retention. The price includes fixing the pipe that is falling backwards(titanic) (1.5m) The surface area is dirt, stones, pavers. There is one section at front corner of house that is tiled so that would need to be navigated around, tiles cut as required. The company that completed quote has also provided list of items needed and quote but looking for a couple extra so that I can make best decision. Happy to provide their recommendations and quote for works as it outlines the items needed. Attached are some photos of side of house, which is what where the main issue is.

He suspects drainage around that area can be improved by having a slope away from the house at a 5% gradient. however, as a precaution he has recommended that we have a plumbing assessment undertaken on the underground plumbing to ensure there is nothing obstructing it, for any impact from tree roots. in summary, we require a plumbing assessment to ensure there are no underlying issues. looking for quotes
