Be cautious and ensure all costs are locked in before proceeding. Brendon, the principal plumber, sent a qualified junior plumber, Ethan, to replace an outdoor Copper Tapping Assembly near the water meter in the front yard. Ethan arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and did a good job - no issues there. Responsiveness to calls and text is also good. However, despite the material cost being under $79 and the agreed job price being $350, I was later emailed an invoice for $460.
