Job Description: Hi there, we are currently preparing an apartment for sale in Southbank and require the services of a plumber for the following tasks: - disconnect gas to cooktop/stove in order for new kitchen benchtop overlays to be installed - disconnect water to kitchen sink in order for new benchtop overlays to be installed. Once the new kitchen benchtop overlays have been installed we require the plumber to return and: - reconnect the gas and instal new cooktop - reconnect the kitchen water and instal new mixer and tap-ware. Job Description: Very noisy pipes that might need to be restrained. Plumbers Facebook group said it was due to expansion. Noise happens all the time and is located behind wall behind the hot water unit. Its possible that theyre not even our pipes - I think its coming from use of up stairs apartment, however the noise is down where we are. Not sure what to do / how to find out whose issue this is.
