Information from a plumber who visited the site: We carried out moisture testing to multiple areas to find readings of 15-21% Wet (when 100% is saturated) to lower wall areas under the shower breach at time of testing. TBS carried out water testing to tap handle cover plate in the shower and found water to leak directly behind at time of testing. We removed the tap handle cover plate and found NIL silicone to have been installed at time of build, which causes water to leak directly into cavity directly behind the tiled wall area. We carried out nitro pressure testing to existing shower breech and found pressure to drop, which indicates existing pipework to be leaking behind the tiled wall area in the cavity at time of testing. TBS ran the water to hear water leaking into wall cavity area when shower pipework in use. We then carried out spray/flood testing of the tiled shower wall and base to observe NIL water leaks to surrounding areas at time of testing. TBS carried out testing to existing waste pipe to observe NIL leaks from trap into U2 bathroom ceiling at time of testing.

Job Description: hi we have ongoing leak in lower ground bedroom (3 bedroom townhouse with 3 levels). There leak isn't necessarily persitent but tends quite obvious during heavy rainfall at certain angle. Water leakage noticed around door frame and certain parts of the ceiling. Would like to be investigate to avoid any issue or damage. I have attached photos to given idea where damage is. I have taken photo of exterior is the some form of guttering system and perhaps this need to be replaced or wasn't installed properly. Either way would like this to be looked at. Also plan to remove water tank and believe would need plumber for this as well.
