Bit disappointed that they didn't bother to try to source the identical part considering it's something that will be shown outside and used all the time. No half hour rate so try to fix as much pluming stuff as you can while they're there.

Job Description: The area that is most affected is a down stairs toilet and shower. I have used a long snake and the line is clear. I have plunged the toiled after putting in excess water and it empties the line to a gurgle suggesting a block further down the line. There is a trap or junction of some sort further down the line that I am not familiar with but is easily accessible. I suspect that is where the problem is because there is a roof rain water down pipe tear it that is backed up about 30cm
