Shant is a really polite and nice guy. I called him to schedule for tomorrow but it turns out he came within an hour. Although it is late, he didn’t charge me extra costs. He asked for the problems and he came up with the fix price. Just that! No call out fee, no extra costs! He fix the drained so quickly and it seems to be an easy job. He cleaned up before he leaves and he always ask before he use your things (He asked me if he can wash his hands! Lol). Highly recommend Shant. A big thumb up for uou mate!Kevin
