Job Description: Approximately one month ago, there was a water outage on my street. It appears a underground water pipe was replaced as it is still waiting for collection. Despite WaterCorp's three attempts to diagnose and resolve the problem with their infrastructure, the water hammering problem continues. This issue didn't exist before the water outage. Presently, water hammering happens whenever any faucets in the house are opened or closed. I also require an impartial report that outlines the potential reason for the water hammering. WaterCorp has assured me that they may cover my plumbing expenses if the plumber's assessment attributes the cause to the water outage on my street.
