Job Description: Recently purchased a property, settlement end of Nov. Structural engineer suggested that because of proximity of yucca trees to the house that all of the stormwater and sewage pipes should be checked for integrity and remediated if needed. Not sure of actual number of pipes to check. Would like to have this done in Dec if possible.
