David is a friendly bloke. In our initial phone conversation, he asked relevant questions to have a clear understanding of the job and clarified the cost for the service. He arrived on scheduled time to replace the outdoor tap. Though my plans were to replace only the tap David went over and above and replaced the adjacent copper pipe which was also damaged.
