Re-alignment (and clean out) of current back guttering so water flows to downpipe on right side of guttering. Water staying in area opposite side of downpipe (above bathroom window), caused partly by alignment. 2. Supply and install a new downpipe in zincalume at front of house on verandah post as current downpipe rusted at bend at the bottom. Refer photos with lattice and front fence. 3. Replacement of cistern to leaking external toilet with a supplied cistern by ourselves for installation. Water leaks slowly from the cistern into the bowl / pan continuously when water tap is turned on.
