Job Description: I have a Cannon Fitzroy inbuilt gas log fire space heater. The flue is apparently in the roof cavity and I believe the top of the flue is completely open without a cowl. My belief for the open flue top is because I have had rodents using the flue to enter the home. I need a handyman to install something to stop future rodents from entering.

Job Description: Building Inspection for purchase indicates Shower 1: High moisture was recorded within the shower recess to the lower tiled walls. Requires sealing and caulking to the entire recess. A pressure test also recommended to rule out any pipe leakage. Shower 2 High moisture was recorded within the shower recess to the lower tiled walls.
