Job Description: Waste water drainage in ground floor apartment. Toilet, and laundry drainage is problematic. Drainage is very slow. When using the washing machine the waste water backs, up through the ground drainage vent. Water is not excessive, but enough to cause minimal flooding. Attempted pipe cleaning with drain auger, little difference made.This is not an emergency yet, but would like to have this looked at on Wednesday 8 Nov

Job Description: Hi there, We recently had a leak occur in an apartment and a plumber came by and said these things needed to be done: Rectification of water damaged bathroom ceiling: - Demolition of existing ceiling and disposing of all rubbish to the tip. - Plumber on site to identify the issue with the water leaking through existing PVC pipes & the core hole where the pipe run through the slab. - Electrician on site to make safe an disconnect the lights & fan for works to continue as water was leaking onto the wiring in the ceiling. - Plumber fixing existing PVC Joints in the ceiling - Re sheeting the ceiling using 13mm Aqua check moisture proof gyperock - Plasterer on site to plaster & lastly sand the new ceiling and have it ready for painting. - Painter on site to paint & silicone the new ceiling using Deluxe flat ceiling white paint. - Lastly electrician back on site to re connect the lights and re fit them in the new ceiling.
