  I was certainly happy when they got liberated of a smell coming from the washing/ bathroom joined especially when they suggested a much tranquil and inexpensive solution to the problem. Boring out a couple of drainage caps as contrasting to my solution which was completely unnecessary excavating up the whole floor. Thanks a lot.
