  Understood our needs and completed a major job within the day; even while requiring multiple trips, and council involvement--- they even liaised with Sydney Water on our behalf. Technical knowledge and skill at a highly industrial level, customer service at a level you’d only expect from a family member. How unbelievably rare. Left the job site in immaculate condition, went above and beyond to inform our neighbours of temporary water outages. Even as renters; we were treated with absolute care and respect. Absolute stand-up people. How often to you get to write a positive review about an emergency trade? If you demand the best duo in the greater Sydney area, I assure you, look no further. Alex and Jen were beyond exceptional.

  I required a new gas cooktop to be installed, Alex gave me a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. I booked him in and he arrived next day, and upon viewing the works a few changes were required to the way the gas line needed to be routed, which required more materials and labour but the price was still very reasonable, I had another plumber's quote which was approx. 3 x the price. Alex performed the works to a standard that I was happy with, and I found him to be honest, reliable and communicative. I would definitely recommend GT Plumbing to family and friends.

  Alex is everything you want in a tradie. Honest, reliable, prompt, high quality workmanship and at a very affordable price. Not only did Alex fix a large number of plumbing issues with ease that our new property had (broken gas hot water tank, faulty taps, bathroom piping issues, dirty pipes), but he also brought in other top quality trademen for other tasks we needed which gave us peace of mind about quality, warranty and costs. I've already recommended Alex to half a dozen friends and family and will be using him for the rest of my life. Alex is a top quality plumber!
