Background Why include cakes in a music venue? We believe there is a much wider opportunity to promote Birds Basement as a restaurant for special occasions alongside the existing performances. Since opening there is a wide range of occasions people have celebrated when booking the venue and we seek to capture that interest and enhance its appeal. As a first step we will introduce the ability to order cakes for special occasions when ordering tickets and a table on our ticketing website www.birdsbasement.com .
