Big thanks and shout out to Victor!
As a complete newbie to workout, I started going to gym in March this year but was seeing no much gain or feeling better training by myself. I know it's better to get someone to tell me whether I'm doing correct or not, someone professional.
Then I decided to train with Victor, who have been super supportive and instructed me both physical and mentally. This could be one of the best decisions that I feel lucky I made at the beginning of my training.
Victor is absolutely very professional & attention to details. He run through all the practical & theory issues behind every workout, and explains every question (as a newbie, I have A LOT of questions) with patient. He really put effort into building up a personalized plan for each individual depending on your goals. He tries to understand my the work-life routines in order to ensure the workouts are not only helping with weight lifted, but also with daily performance & overall health status.
I have been doing a varies of sports throughout my life, which including tennis, triathlon & surfing. Training with Victor gained me so much more confidence & better performance when doing sports.
Furthermore, I have been working around the desk for many years, which largely affected my body posture, and has caused some issues. Victor carefully examined all the issues, developed specific trainings to correct my posture, and they worked spontaneously.
Training correctly means not only gaining more, but also developing good habits/form and etc, I think the best way is to train correctly is under the guidance of a qualified trainer(especially for beginners). We benefit from good habits all our lives.
I think the value of Victor's aid is way more than just a training buddy, but a mentor to stronger/healthier body & mentality. I must say again that training with Victor is definitely one of the wisest decision I ever made.
