No, as this is part of our clients own personal privacy, though all govt recommended health precautions are taken.

What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with alcohol wipes between sessions, as well our PT's are fully vaccinated.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Something I've always wanted to do, it just comes from within.  I enjoy the social interaction with clients, something that comes from over 3 decades of working hospitality running pubs around Sydney.   I've been training for over 4 decades now, from a big rugby background through to living a healthy life as an older man. Combining all this for me is a love of what I enjoy the most.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Name: Cameron Weight: 245kg (used 2 scales to weigh him initially) Height: 203cm  Occupation: Baker at Coles  He struggled early on just to walk around his own block, local park and a few small hills. Within 20 minutes he was gone. I profiled him as part of my cert 3 in fitness to gain my qualifications, under tutorage from my mentor.   Simply put we walked n talked....  He got to know me, I got to know him. While educating Cameron at the same time about nutrition, the benefits of a full night of sleep and also some exercise. Some simple rules to live life by too.  12 months later...   Weight: 198kg (yes he lost 47kg) Height: 203cm   Went to Japan and walked up the side of a mountain, his own personal goal....   Other side benefits I saw and witnessed in this time: 1. Friends and associates commenting on how good Cameron was looking  2. Cameron informed me he was saving $30-$50 a day on food costs  3. Clothes that he hadn't worn in 5 plus years were fitting again  4. He begun to look for a girlfriend again  5. Walked up South Coogee stairs non stop, while talking non stop to me as well (this no mean feat, any true local knows)   We did have our problems at times when things were tough emotionally for him.  Weight loss plateaued a number of times, for a few weeks, as his body was adjusting to things happening to him physically at the cellular level. Then it would begin drop off him again. Cameron developed a severe case of Cellulitis early on as well, went to hospital and followed by home time with complete bed rest under doctors orders to aid recovery.   To this day Cameron is a friend, a mate I care about. We still do our walks together when time allows us though we live in totally different areas to each other.

The social interactions with people, who have goals or don't know where to start. I enjoy coming in with 40yrs of life experience from fitness and raising a loving family.

I don't believe in over complicating what is really a simple process, with trendy pseudo science. Just following simple basic rules is what I do, that's all 95% of us need to achieve in life.

I come with life experiences...  Simple processes I follow for myself from over 4 decades of training and living a healthier way have allowed me to achieve a good place in life physically, emotionally and mentally.  Something I enjoy in educating others about who are feeling lost, not knowing where or how to start.

We offer a free 30 minute in person consultation, we come to you, your home or even your place of work, we are totally mobile Personal Trainers during this time we will chat about your goals, your reasons why you want to achieve this, what obstacles do you see preventing you from achieving this.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Sleep - start working on a regular 7-9hrs of sleep a night, this is where the magic begins for whatever your Goals.  2. Walking - start walking 30-60 minutes a day, be it for fitness, weight loss or stress release Goals.  3. Nutrition - every proper meal needs a healthy protein and fat source. Eating every 3-4 hrs, aiming for 4-5 meals a day for whatever your Goals.

$78.95 for a 60 minutes session, in the best package deal. Train with a friend or partner for only $10 extra per session.

People who feel lost in not knowing what to believe or how to begin.  I believe in "KIS" keep it simple. As well we are fully NDIS registered provider.
