  My 10 year old son has been doing boxing training for fitness with Jeff twice a week for the last six months. He loves every minute of his time with Jeff. It’s always the highlight of his week. I’ve never seen him as focused as when he’s boxing with Jeff. I have no hesitation recommending Jeff. Not only is he a knowledgeable and experienced trainer but also one of the nicest guys on the planet.
