Job Description: I need to plant a low maintenance plant around a pool area that would provide privacy for one meter above the top of the boundary fence. The boundary fence is 1.2 m from the ground level. I have added some pictures. The perimeter of the pool area is about 23 m and after planting we like to add white pebbles on top. The idea is to provide privacy and also cover the black boundary fence from inside for aesthetics.
