  *** If the rating system would allow it would be 2.5 stars. My landscape work was completed early March, I have held off leaving a review as I wanted to wait for it all to settle in for a more complete assessment. The Job entailed replacing the lawn in the front and back yard with new and more suitable variety of turf and a small concrete slab to extend patio area. The Pros: The quoting process was great, the staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and did not feel the need to offer suggestions to make the job bigger or more than what I wanted. Pricing was mid-range of the multiple quotes I obtained. The entire job was completed within 3 weeks of accepting the quote. The minor damage incurred during the work was promptly repaired. The concrete had a small area of scaling, which once again, was promptly patched and covered with a spray hardener/sealant The Cons: The entire job was completed within 3 weeks of accepting the quote, the end result looked rushed as if time took precedence over due care and attention to detail. My property incurred several areas of minor damage during the completion of the work, even the most obvious of which I had to notify and request repairs for. After only a week the new concrete had visible repair/patched areas. After 2 months the previous couch started to re-emerge through the new turf and has been vigorously invading ever since. (After multiple discussions with other businesses i.e. turf farmers and installers, this is most likely due to the original lawn not being poisoned prior to removal, what I have now come to understand is a standard step.) Regarding a recommendation, as every person has different priorities and expectations I will leave it up to the reader to determine, are Safari Garden Projects the business for your landscaping task. As for myself, I am chalking this up to an error in judgement and working at being grateful for this unexpected learning experience. In the meantime, I have research to do and new landscaping quotes to review.

  Stress free from quote to project completion. There was a non-conformance with the work they initially carried out but they came back and fixed it and apologized. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
