If I could give 0 stars, I would. He was an absolute nightmare to deal with. • He took my money upfront, claiming he couldn’t afford to finish the job otherwise, leaving me with no option. Despite this, the work remains unfinished, and some areas are downright dangerous. • I can’t even use the space that was meant to be completed by Christmas. • He rarely showed up, leaving the project incomplete for weeks. • Instead of the proper soil quoted, he used clay from under my house and rubbish (cans, bricks, food containers) in the garden beds, leaving me to dig it out myself over weeks and pay for the correct soil that should have been included in his quote. • He did the work unlawfully, unlicensed, and uninsured. • The results were substandard, riddled with shortcuts and poor-quality materials. • He completely botched the back garden, mismeasuring the garden bed, which now varies significantly in size on either side. • He refuses to respond to any of my messages or emails. This individual is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy. Stay far away. Legal action is pending. Honestly, I couldn’t be more disappointed.04 Feb 2025
