We had a large window get broken in our lounge room, as we have animals and the window is at ground level we needed it fixed ASAP. After creating the job around 11pm at night, Paul had responded within an hour, we set up a time to meet, this being on a Sunday he was extremely understanding and worked with us to set a time. I know nothing whatsoever about window repair, however Paul was very understanding of that, giving different options on how we can go about fixing it. And as I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for the job as it was last minute and on a Sunday, it was extremely reasonable what we ended up paying. Definitely recommend and will use again if need be.Cracked glass & glazing.
