Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We have liability insurance of up to $20 million dollars and we always guarantee our work.  We are more than happy to re-visit the job if our customer needs us although fortunately our customers are usually very happy with the job we do for them.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

As we are a small, family owned business, we can keep our overheads low and pass these savings on to our customers.    You will find that our prices are sometimes less than half of those of our large competitors and we provide you with the best customer service.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For window replacement and repairs we would require the approximate dimensions of the glass, the type of frame and the colour of the glass.   All our glazing is up to Australian Standards so we also ask the location of the glass as the type of glass we use can differ depending on where we are installing.  For example glass in a door must be safety glass.

What makes your pricing competitive?

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We generally ask for a 40% deposit with the remainder due on job completion.   For smaller jobs we ask for payment as soon as the job is finished.   Preferred payment is via EFT, but we also accept cash or cheque.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

As well as all general glazing requriements, we specialise in window repair work and guarantee that we attend to your job in less than 24 hours.   If the glass is specialised and needs to be ordered in, we will make sure that the broken window is secure and safe before we leave site.

With over 20 years of both domestic and commercial glazing experience, we pride ourselves on our ability to get the job done and get it done well using the best quality materials and fittings.
