11 Jun 2024Location: Dandenong, VICJob Description: Hello. My Brivis 15 gas heating system is reporting a "valve fault lockout" (indicated by 7 LED flashes on the external controller unit.) In case this was due to blockage in the air ducts, I tried removing some outlet cartridges/baffles from the floor and double-checked that the recycling air intake was free of obstruction. Also switched off the outside unit for several minutes to see if resetting it would help, but unfortunately the same problem occurred. I am hoping this is a known problem and that it will be feasible to fix the system! Am attaching photos of the external unit (part number 21206, date of manufacture [Description contains phone number.
