Location: Ellenbrook, WAJob Description: Free available space is 5.5 m L x 4.5 m W in line with the front fence, aligned with the garage door. The front fence will be removed, length 4.5 m. I would like a big window on the entrance (the 4.5 m side), with the main entrance door on the same. On the opposite side wall, the bathroom which can be 2 m x 2 m (or near dimensions). One long wall can have a 0.3 m x 1 m long window, and the other long wall can have a standard big window to face the bathroom from the far wall, and another main entrance door which can be a sliding frame with window (like a laundry room door). Now, the ceiling must be high, I go for 2.4 m inside. Every wall and ceilings must be very well insulated. Plumbing will be connected to a local electric water heater. Air conditioning will be placed probably on the remaining 2.5 m of the side wall with bathroom. Concrete slab must be also built, 5.5 m x 4.5 m, height to be decided on place. I'm thinking of a budget around 25K with the best suggestions.
