  After Alex renovated our first Student Lodge located at Etwell st East Vic Park we got him back to upgrade the other 14 room Lodge across the road. When he found out after breaking for the Christmas period that we had an Open day he came in to complete small jobs like swapping shower roses from late postage. this man Alex goes above & beyond. don't make a mistake & employ an inferior operator.   I highly recommend Kontour Renovations. Above all Alex is a very decent, polite and honest man who has a strong work ethic. Alex has a wide range of skills and was perfectly suited to renovations on our rental house which included tiling, measure & fit of new balustrades, rust treatment, repairing brick work, painting, fitting a new timber gate, and many other handyman jobs which he completed to perfection. Communications with Anna and Alex was excellent and their prices are very fair. Thank you for your service, Alex and Anna.

  We recently contracted Kontour renovations to diagnose and repair problems to our leaking roof. The problem was apparently complex, since several previous contractors were unable to find out why it was happening. Alex was able to not only work out the cause, but, having provided us with a highly competitive quote, had it fixed within a couple of hours the following day. Our house has been watertight ever since. The work was neat and tidy and my yard was left spotless after the job was done (which was definitely not the case with other companies we've had working on our house). I can highly recommend Kontour Renovations and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thankyou Alex!

  Alex, the owner of the business, got into the construction industry in 1984 for the love of it. He worked on numerous construction projects over the years in various roles in Australia and overseas, including some meaningful projects like rebuilding a town in Caucasus after terrible earthquake.
