We engaged P&D McEvoy Building Services early in 2015 to construct a large, modern extension to our Victorian era home. Phil was one of a number of builders recommended to us by our building design firm, and early in the quotation process his impressed us with his friendly, "can do" and no nonsense approach. Like most builds of this nature there were some challenges along the journey, and Phil dealt with these in a very professional way, pushing through any obstacles and coming up with sound solutions. He also suggested improvements and enhancements during the process to further improve the end result. Phil has professional and personable staff (both direct employees and subcontractors) on board as part of his team, who are customer focussed, know their stuff and just get on with the job.
