  I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Sullivan of Niche constructions and they quickly established themselves in my mind as an honest, no bullshit builder. Andrew is a very capable and knows his trade very well. But more importantly, it is obvious that Andrew deeply cares about his work, and his craft. He wants the best outcome for the client and will go absolutely out of his way to get the project finished the right way and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew for any job, and in the future would be the first person I'd call for more work.
