After signing contracts with Durable Family homes our house build began within in a week. Everything we signed for and asked for we got. The supervisor is an excellent communicator who kept us involved through out the progress of the build.This builder uses quality trades that deliver quality finishes with great results. The build was completed on time and the property and site was cleaned and ready for us on the day of the hand over. I have built 4 times in the last 20 years and i must say this was the most pleasant experienced i have had .Thank you to the the builder and his all his trades for building our house into our home.I have no hesitating in recommending Durable Family Homes to build your next home.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Sullivan of Niche constructions and they quickly established themselves in my mind as an honest, no bullshit builder. Andrew is a very capable and knows his trade very well. But more importantly, it is obvious that Andrew deeply cares about his work, and his craft. He wants the best outcome for the client and will go absolutely out of his way to get the project finished the right way and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew for any job, and in the future would be the first person I'd call for more work. Technically I don't need Oneflare anymore for this trade, because I trust this builder will give me the best service now. Thanks Andrew!

All work was completed to our satisfaction in a timely manner with:- * excellent workmanship by all tradies, * good advice provided, * respect for our home - mats spread from doors to work sites, * all rubbish removed, * bathroom and toilet both look fantastic & highly functional.
