Can be built by steel frame or block work columns, whatever you recommend to make solid without the high price tag. If needed, engineering and council approval. Already there is a concrete foundation that was levelled at a height of 600mm high to match with exisiting concrete foundations under the existing verandah. Area to cover for verandah extension is roughly 4m wide x 13m long. Picture: (subfloor frame mesurements) shows in the green area floor coverage, red is where I'm wanting the verandah extension subframe so I can place the portable building on. The other picture (portableplacement_before/after) is the idea I have in mind for the portable building placement. Attached also is pictures of the 3m x 12 portable building that will likely be craned into place, support beams are at the base longside.
