  Nathan did a rebuild of a terrace for us in Bondi and was good to work with and was generally good value for the workmanship provide on our build. He has also come back to fix issues which have arisen post hand over.

  BEFORE LOOKING FOR OTHER QUOTES READ THIS REVIEW AND YOU CAN EVEN CONTACT EBG TO GET MY NUMBER AND CHECK OUT OUR BUILD So my story begins with looking for a house builder to build a house as we recently had kids and needed to upsize. We began looking around at every house in Kellyville and Marsden Park and talking with many off the plan style builders and we realised we couldn’t find exactly what we required. Discussions with the off the plan home builders quickly turned 480k builds to 600k builds and that wasn’t with many changes or all inclusions. After reading all the horror stories for the large builders (houses built so close to the curb they couldn’t be approved, things not covered under warranty etc) we were a bit put off going this route. At this point we decided it was best to design our own home and get a quote. I contacted many different builders and explicitly told each what sort of carpets, laminate, materials etc we required and gave them a mock plan I had made. The quotes ranged from 550k up to 950k for pretty much the exact same house which amazed me. Sure there were subtle differences but generally the same specifications. EBG weren’t the cheapest but were in the bottom half of quotes however they had a distinct difference. The difference with Nathan from EBG was that he wasn’t trying to force me to sign a contract. Actually it was quite the opposite with him spending 3 different occasions each about an hour on the phone to me explaining everything about the build and what would be included and done. You can’t imagine how comforting it is to have no pressure to sign and for someone to spend 3 hours with you without any sign of payment for any of it. The most amazing thing is that I was dealing with the director which would never happen with any other builder. With Nathan’s reasonable starting cost for drafting and getting going we began our adventure with him. All I can say is he blew away all our expectations and delivered well above the mark. Everything was clearly conveyed to us about the build at every step and in the event of any questions the director was literally a call away. We had a few setbacks given the COVID period and councils generally long processes to approve anything but eventually got on with the build. Here we are about a year down the track and the house is not only complete but looking amazing. EBG came up within 50k of their initial quote for price which was amazing as we added around 25k of that. Show me another builder that can estimate within 25k of final price, I doubt there is one. So if you made it this far you might be wondering why I wrote this. In this really confusing maze of builders it’s hard to know which if any will do right by you and this is why EBG and Nathan deserve a proper commendation for our house. So if you are as confused as we were with all the quotes, promises, answers, changes and issues in the building industry stop right now. Don’t call any other builders. Just contact EBG and ask for my number and come and check out our build. Our house is always open to help EBG as they have provided exactly what we wanted in a house that our family will cherish for the rest of our lives.

  My Husband and I chose Executive Building Group to build our home back in 2017 after struggling to find any decent builders for 3.5 years. When we met with nathan initially, we instantly felt at ease and new straight away with were in good hands. We were treated like family. Nathan introduced us to his business partner Mitch who is their guy on the ground ensuring the build ran smoothly. The pair of them together truly make a fantastic team and executed our build perfectly. It is definitely an art to building, managing so many trades and daily chaos and they made it look extremely easy. We are over the moon with our experience and can’t recommend enough. We will definitely build with Executive Building Group again, if we get the chance to again.

  Nathan, Mitch and the team from EBG couldn’t be faulted when they renovated both of our bathrooms. From the start, they offered design suggestions and tips to get the most out of the space. Once the work started, they made sure to keep us informed every step of the way and took great care to leave the house neat and tidy. I am in love with both of these new bathrooms and I would highly recommend EBG to anyone.

  Honestly great team of guys. Nathan and Mitch are extremely genuine and truly know what they are talking about. Spent so much time with us making sure we were comfortable with what we wanted done. So happy with our Reno and it has been almost 12 months since the works were done. Will definitely be contacting them again when we are ready to do more works. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.
