  Did an excellent job and were very communicative despite having to reschedule because of a thunderstorm. Had no problems getting our garden back to looking tidy and fantastic.

  Unfortunately I didn't get to see the work of Regal Restorations. I made a booking and checked that the gardeners were coming the morning of the booking, to be told the job hadn't been booked because I hadn't sent the necessary details. Which I had. So I resent the details and another booking was made for the next week. Half an hour past the booked time on that day, the team had not arrived so I texted asking whether they were coming. I received a text saying sorry they were running late and they were 30 minutes' away. One hour later they hadn't arrived so I texted again. The response was that they were having car problems and I would have to rebook. The only time available was the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I asked for a guarantee that they would in fact come. I was assured they would. On December 24 no gardeners came. No-one responded to my text messages. No-one responded to my phone message.

  The lads arrived on time (got off to a good start). However they did not have the equipment to do the job (trimming a hedge) and had to borrow my tools to do the work. Also left the place with hedge trimmings all over the pavers. Pretty disappointing. I would not recommend using this company.

  :Do not use this company. I booked a service for 16th Dec as they were not available until this date. They asked to postpone the job until today, 18th Dec and I agreed. Contacted them to ask where they were at 20 mins past the job time, and was advised that they can't do the job. Obviously, they are over booked and cancel jobs, and don't advise that there is a problem. I was asked if the job could be postponed again, to Xmas Eve, which is not agreeable to us, as we needed the job done before the weekend.
