        Job Description: I'm a mum setting up a new circular fashion business in Perth and really need help with the following list. This work will quickly become a full-time position. At this time, I plan to engage a marketing assistant to take over a large proportion of these duties, and therefore the role could remain part-time or casual or a fixed .4 position. NOTE I can not pay more than $30 - $35 per hour until I launch and achieve a cash flow (I don't mean profit because that isn't happening in the first four months according to projections), so perhaps if you require a higher pay rate, don't read any further. JOB DESCRIPTION - administration set up, both current paperwork (not much) and how best to file digitally on a Mac using Office 365 apps and Outlook. - assisting me to physically file (store into cupboards) fashion inventory items after they've been photographed, the physical description written (size, colour, materials used etc.) and Shopify SKU number logged into system and product identifying tag attached to product. - Excel spreadsheet changes and updates to production schedules, product SKU listings - making some deliveries and pick-ups from printers, customers in suburban locations and post office -attending some meetings with advertising and media agencies - assistance filing existing research documents (paper printouts) - assistance with handling products for photogaphy - making calls to suppliers for quotes - taking business related calls on dedicated line I realise this seems a lot of varied work for such a small pay rate, however, I anticipate great achievements for this company in a short time and therefore generous remuneration to the team who made it happen.
