We have home owners insurance through Hia provided by QBE insurace. We can build a home that is worth over a million dollars and of cause our work is guaranteed.

My sons are very hands on and love working with tools to see things be erected and produced it gives them great pleasure.

Lots of our customers have taken us out to dinner. We always try to avoid our clients to pay extra if they require a change to their plan whilst we in construction mode.

The satisfaction of our job is to make sure that every home once completed by new era homes is handed over to the client with pride knowing that its a home well done.

I would prefer to be asked by the client when requiring a quote that they make sure that all the quotes they get from builders is that every builder is quoting on the exact same items to 100% accuracy other wise they not comparing apples with apples.

The most asked question by customs is always how much do we charge per square. The answer is always the same it depends on their inclusions and material they choose.

We have had no problems with either the builders practitioners board or the VBA so we do try to be as trustworthy and reliable as possible.

We are a small company that looks after the client. We do not have building supervisors because my to sons Adam and Edward are the hands on carpenters  and supervisors.

A builder requires a complete list of all items that the client would like so that once they prepare a list every builder can quote on the exact same item and material.

When building a home for the client the only suggestion I make with them is that the amount they want to spend will reflect on the value they can afford to spent on the inclusion. Our job is to make sure that every chosen item expensive or cheap is placed properly by us the builder.

We as a company do not have overheads,as a family business the required of hiring staff is not needed. All the works is carried out by family members.

We give our clients a quote on what the inclusion list specifies. The price that we give to our clients will vary on the value of the inclusion list. IE, Value of tap ware chosen,value of appliances chosen.

We are trained to pickup defects that are a possible situation when dealing with other trades people that we rely on for good workmanship.

I obtained my certificate lV in building and construction management (domestic) in 1999. My 2 sons are qualified carpenters. They also know other trades as per Painting, Plastering,and Tiling.
