Whilst my job took a lot longer than quoted, these things sometimes happen and I was very happy with the end result. One thing in their favour is that the fixit group guys may not always be there when they say they will but the will always be there! Also, if they cannot make the timeline Adam will always contact you rather than just leaving you hanging. At the end of the day the job looks great, works well, and will have a 10 year leakproof warranty.
