  I put an add on one flare for a renovation of a unit and received a lot of responses from non-registered (and registered) builders asking premium fees with 20-40% deposit upfront. I was extremely wary knowing what happens in many situations with builders especially knowing that how much deposit they can ask for is capped. Wasem restored my faith as not only was he upfront and honest from start to finish, his instalment plan was reasonable ( I was paying for work done not to be done in the future) but he also went over and above to provide top quality products. This was both products visible to the eye and even those not visible i.e flooring beneath tiles- "you will never have an issue with rotted floors again Vicki". This is not something I would have known or noticed having little knowledge about building, but he did it anyway. I ended up with a beautiful high end kitchen/bathroom/laundry/toilet as well as exposed aggregate outdoor area for a rental property. This was all done on a budget price - less than what anyone else quoted me and yes its not all about the cost but in this case I received so much more (stone benchtops/black hardware/Italian decorative splashback tiles/ exposed aggregate concreting) for either the same or less than others quoted and also not having to pay a 40/30/20% deposit upfront. Its refreshing to find an honest dedicated builder who makes the process so easy. He is now doing a complete renovation of the laundry/toilet and bathroom in my own home.

  Simo and all those who work with him are terrific. They created a beautiful bathroom with concealed laundry on time. It had guests at a recent function of ours all ooh-ing and aah-ing. Simo is dedicated, caring, meticulous, trustworthy and a delight to work with. He even made living through a renovation very bearable (and I say that as someone who has renovated several times before). He will be first on our list for any future work.
